Shipping:
Q: How fast do you ship orders?
A: We ship via Australia Post generally within 48 hours. You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information for your order.
Keder Track Size:
Q: What Keder Track sizes do you offer?
A: We offer two options - Size 6mm, which suits most Box Type Awnings like Fiamma and Thule, or our most popular Size 7.5mm, which suits most Roll Out Type Awnings like Dometic.
Roof Size:
Q: Do you offer different roof sizes?
A: We have sold and tested different roof sizes over many years. We conclude 1400mm to be an optimal size, providing the right amount of coverage and durability. Larger roof sizes tend to sag and pool water.
Colour:
Q: Do you offer any other colours?
A: Currently we offer Grey. While we understand that colur preferences may vary, we beleive thet Grey enhances the overall design and most awnings and vans.
Waterproofing:
Q: Is the awning porch waterproof?
A: The roof area is 100% waterproof; however, the end wall is made of synthetic mesh that provides privacy and is partly weatherproof.
Order Pickup:
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We currently only offer delivery.
Warranty:
Q: Do you include a warranty?
A: Yes, our Awning Porch includes a full 3-year warranty.
Poles and Spreader Bar:
Q: Why are poles and the spreader bar not included?
A: Simply due to logistics and postage costs of such large items. Poles and spreader bars can be purchased from most local camping and hardware stores, or you may already have spares at home.
Sizing for Poles and Spreader Bar:
Q: What size poles and spreader bar do I need?
A: We recommend two telescopic 275cm tent poles and one telescopic spreader bar up to 270cm extended width and of course ropes and pegs.
Custom Sizing:
Q: Can you make a custom size?
A: Yes, we can make special sizing to meet your requirements. Contact us for more information and pricing.
Carry Bag:
Q: Does the Awning Porch come with a carry bag?
A: No, to keep manufacturing costs down, we do not include a carry bag.
